Job summary

EULER is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead day-to-day software delivery, work with Product and Design, and grow the team. You will stay close to technical work while coaching engineers and shaping the organization as we scale.

This remote role requires coordinating with the US East Coast working hours, delivering high-quality features on schedule, and driving engineering health and performance across sprints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership or management roles.
• Hands-on experience with Bubble.io or strong familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms.
• Proven ability to manage delivery in an agile environment with clear sprint processes.
• Strong communicator able to translate technical concepts for engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Consultative mindset, surface problems early and propose solutions.
• Highly organized, calm under pressure, with strong ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers with coaching and career support.
• Own sprint planning, task distribution, and delivery in collaboration with Product.
• Maintain engineering standards across code quality, docs, testing, and debt management.
• Translate product and technical requirements into clear team plans.
• Identify bottlenecks and risks early, surface them and propose fixes.
• Coordinate with the Director of Engineering on priorities, architecture, and tooling.
• Support hiring and onboarding of future engineers as the team grows.
• Keep delivery moving while maintaining quality and balance.
