Secureframe is seeking an Engineering Manager to spearhead the workforce product line, focusing on debugging, then rebuilding policies and user access frameworks in collaboration with the Product Manager. You will recruit and mentor a remote team, drive roadmaps with Product Managers, and ensure high-quality, scalable, reliable software.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience managing, leading, and inspiring a team of remote engineers, including hiring, retaining, and managing performance.
5+ years of work experience in a Software Engineering role, with proven leadership in designing scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions.
Adept at collaborating cross-functionally, communicating effectively, and aligning efforts to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a team of 4-7 individuals through effective recruitment, mentoring, leadership, and performance management.
Plan and drive project execution to meet timelines and resource constraints.
Drive product quality, reliability, and user experience across the workforce product set.
