Job summary

Ladders, a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space, seeks an Engineering Manager for HR Systems - Workforce Management to shape strategy, delivery, and ongoing support of workforce management platforms across a global retail environment.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, ERP, and retail operations teams to align capabilities with business needs and ensure reliable, compliant service delivery; lead large-scale transformations and migrations while preserving data integrity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise workforce management implementations and large-scale transformations.
• Extensive expertise in timekeeping, scheduling, labor forecasting, and workforce analytics.
• Experience leading migrations from legacy systems to modern workforce management platforms.
• Proven integration experience with HR, Payroll, ERP, and retail systems.
• Strong understanding of retail workforce operations and labor compliance.
• Proven ability to manage application support and critical business events.

Responsibilities

• Own the application roadmap for workforce management systems and drive implementation initiatives.
• Design and execute tactical and strategic plans for workforce management products.
• Build consensus across stakeholders to improve service delivery and operational outcomes.
• Oversee the lifecycle management of workforce management applications and related support activities.
• Lead global system implementations and ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with business requirements.
• Govern integrations between workforce management and enterprise systems, with a focus on data integrity.
