Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Dashboard team, driving onboarding, growth, billing monetization, and AI-assisted features within the company dashboard.

You'll manage engineers across onboarding, production, and expansion, partnering with product, design, finance, and other engineering squads to simplify the customer journey and accelerate business growth.

Qualifications

Track record of leading product-focused engineering teams that shipped real impact.
Willing to code at a high level and mentor others.
Bias for action, velocity, and customer value.
Deep care for the developer experience (UX, APIs, performance).
Experience partnering with recruiting teams to hire engineering talent.
Strong product thinker bridging customer needs, tech possibilities, and business outcomes.
Experience with onboarding, growth, billing systems, or customer-facing AI products.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a high-velocity team shipping growth, monetization, and developer assistance.
Be deeply technical and hands-on: review PRs, prototype, define scope.
Shape the roadmap in close partnership with product managers, design, go-to-market, and engineering.
Improve the customer journey from signup to production using product signals.
Balance rapid iteration with reliability and billing correctness.
Coach and grow engineers and work with recruiting to hire top talent.
