The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience in software engineering and is skilled in modern frontend frameworks like React, as well as backend API development. The position offers a competitive salary range adjusted for location and includes various benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer building user-facing products.
• Experience with modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and build new product directions.

Responsibilities

• Build and own core Dashboard infrastructure.
• Architect and implement backend services and APIs.
• Drive performance and optimize user interactions.
• Build agent-facing surfaces for user interactions.
• Ensure clean integration of product areas into Dashboard.
• Ship incrementally and improve continuously.
