CrowdStrike is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on user-mode security architecture for Windows, with emphasis on reliability, performance, and resource footprint. You’ll own major components and drive training and growth while guiding cross-platform features spanning Windows, macOS, and Linux.

You will lead design reviews, coach engineers, and ensure high standards in code quality, testing, and safe rollout. This role offers remote work from the USA with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a distributed engineering team.
• Track record of shipping systems-level software at scale.
• Hands-on systems programming with strong OS internals knowledge.
• Strong memory management, concurrency, and performance focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow engineers across the US and the EU.
• Own your team's roadmap and delivery from design through release.
• Guide designs for cross-platform features touching file systems, processes, memory, and networking.
• Collaborate with peer sensor teams and present progress after each deliverable.
• Set the bar for engineering quality: design reviews, code reviews, testing strategy, performance, and safe rollout.
• Coach engineers in career growth, feedback, and performance conversations.
• Build a culture of ownership and independence.
