Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team working on user-mode security architecture on Windows, with emphasis on reliability, performance, and resource footprint. You will own major components and drive design and delivery across OS subsystems.

You will guide cross-platform features, collaborate with sensor teams, and uphold high standards in design reviews, coding practices, and testing. This role involves coaching engineers and building a culture of ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading distributed engineering teams to ship major features.
• Track record shipping systems-level software (agents, kernels, OS components) at scale.
• Hands-on systems programming with memory, concurrency and performance expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow engineers across the US and EU. Own your team's roadmap and delivery from design through release.
• Guide cross-platform designs touching file system, memory, processes, and networking subsystems.
• Set engineering quality standards: design/code reviews, testing strategy, performance, safe rollout.
• Coach engineers on career growth and performance conversations.
