Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a distributed team working on user-mode security architecture for Windows, macOS, and Linux.

You will own the team's roadmap, drive feature design, and ensure high performance, reliability, and scalable deployments across platforms. You will mentor engineers, oversee design reviews and testing, and collaborate with sensor teams to deliver cross-platform components while keeping costs in check.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a distributed team to ship major features and releases.
• Track record shipping systems-level software (agents, kernels, drivers, OS components) at scale.
• Hands-on systems programming and solid OS internals knowledge (Windows preferred).
• Comfortable reviewing code and reasoning about memory management and concurrency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow engineers across the US and the EU.
• Own your team's roadmap and delivery from design through release across Windows, macOS, Linux.
• Drive designs for cross-platform features touching file system, memory, and networking subsystems.
• Collaborate with peer sensor teams and present progress after each deliverable.
• Set engineering quality bar: design reviews, code reviews, testing strategy, performance, safe rollout.
• Coach engineers on career growth, feedback, and performance.
