You will drive strategy, oversee roadmaps, and champion accessibility standards across product teams, focusing on scalable, reusable frontend infrastructure and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development with a frontend focus (React/TypeScript/JavaScript) and mobile development
• 2+ years leading and inspiring engineering teams
• Experience building or contributing to a design system or shared component library
• Proven track record delivering accessible web and mobile products
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Math/Engineering or equivalent experience

• Manage and grow a team focused on design systems and accessible component libraries
• Own the strategy and roadmap for the design system and component library to enhance feature development across product teams
