Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of professional web development experience.
• Strong front-end experience with WordPress (PHP), JavaScript, HTML/SCSS, and Git.
• Experience with Vue or React.
• Ability to lead UI/UX execution without direct guidance from design teams.
• Experience with scalable frontend architecture and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Confluence and Jira for documentation and project tracking.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and maintain websites of varying sizes, ensuring scalability, performance, and usability.
• Drive UI/UX planning and execution, making design decisions when guidance is limited.
• Adhere to high Frontend development standards, prioritizing accessibility, responsiveness, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and bugs, ensuring smooth and efficient site performance.
• Contribute to documentation and core codebase, improving internal processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and technical writers to produce high-quality web products.
• Maintain clear and open communication, supporting company goals and fostering a collaborative team culture.
