Qualifications

Experience building and owning large-scale distributed services.

Partner with Product Manager to set priorities and deliver with quality and speed.
Maintain 99.9% availability for Dedicated infrastructure and automate operations.
Provide direction, feedback, and shared ownership across development and operations.
Lead self-service platforms enabling production management by feature implementers.
Recruit, onboard, and develop team members and foster accountability.
Lead by example with proofs of concept and AI-assisted approaches.
Automate repetitive manual work and document best practices.
