• Experience managing engineering teams with architectural mentorship.
• Background in enterprise software development and distributed systems.
• Ability to align stakeholders across product, design, engineering, and infrastructure.
• Proven track record delivering in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication in remote, asynchronous settings.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and mentor a globally distributed engineering team.
• Hire, onboard, and develop engineers while upholding quality, accountability, and psychological safety.
• Partner with product management, product design, and cross-functional engineering teams to align technical direction and roadmaps.
• Guide engineers on system architecture, code quality, performance, security, and maintainability across frontend and backend.
• Refine agile, remote, and asynchronous workflows to maintain delivery cadence and remove blockers.
• Encourage and integrate AI capabilities and modern developer tooling into daily workflows.
