1Password is hiring an Engineering Manager to guide a high‑visibility credential governance product as the company scales across the US and Canada. You’ll lead engineers, define the technical vision, and collaborate with product and design to deliver secure, scalable services.

You will champion responsible AI usage, build a healthy team culture, and drive roadmap execution while maintaining a high quality bar in a remote‑first environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience managing engineers and leading production services.
• Strong understanding of web development and backend technologies; able to engage with complex technical problems.

• Coordinate with senior engineers to develop technical vision.
• Partner with product/design to define customer solutions.
