In this player-coach role, you will define technical direction, architect a data platform, and mentor engineers while ensuring compliance with security requirements.

With over 7 years of software or data engineering experience, your deep understanding of the AI landscape and hands-on ability will be crucial in navigating vendor evaluations. Radiant offers a dynamic work environment with substantial equity grants and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software or data engineering experience, including hands-on AI/ML work.
• Deep understanding of the AI landscape for evaluating vendor tools.
• Experience designing and building systems on data platforms.
• Strong technical leadership and ability to mentor engineers.
• Willingness to write code as a player-coach.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture for our data platform and AI tooling.
• Evaluate and select AI platforms that meet security requirements.
• Ensure integration, dashboards, and AI tools are built correctly.
• Mentor engineers and set the technical bar for hiring.
• Coordinate with the Software Engineering team.
