Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional AI engineering experience in RAG and LLM-based systems.
• Experience with data engineering and data modeling (clinical trial domain preferred).
• Proficiency in Python (backend), React (frontend), and AWS Lambda and DynamoDB.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced agentic AI systems (autonomous, semi-autonomous, and human-in-the-loop).
• Lead data engineering and modeling to enable scalable, real-time knowledge retrieval across enterprise systems.
• Build and maintain full-stack applications, integrating backend with React frontend interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI in clinical workflows, ensuring reliability and compliance.
• Drive architecture decisions, enforce code quality, and improve performance and security.
