Job summary

Cohere is seeking a Software Engineer with Applied AI to own the design, build, and deployment of agentic workflows powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), integrating with tools, APIs, and data sources for enterprise use.

You will work with customers to deliver real-world AI solutions, including planning, execution, and security considerations. Travel 20-40% to work on-site with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building production-grade software in Python.
• Experience deploying production AI/ML workflows for enterprise customers.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into concrete technical specs and use cases.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-value business problems into well-framed agentic workflows with clear success criteria.
• Lead the design, build, and delivery of LLM-powered agents across tools, APIs, and data sources with enterprise reliability.
• Build and ship features for North, from concept to production, across the full product lifecycle.
