Qualifications

• Experience leading one or more agile engineering teams in fast-paced environments.

• Proven coaching ability for both technical and process excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage pods and people, set goals, growth, onboarding, and retention.
• Unblock teams to deliver features from backend to frontend.
• Define projects with Tech Leads and Product Managers, estimate work and plan releases.
• Communicate delivery status to senior management.
• Mentor staff and drive hiring and onboarding.
• Contribute to coding standards, debt refinement and security monitoring.
• Support platform operations and participate in on-call rotation.
