What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) via phone and online channels to promote assigned client product(s)
- Educate HCPs and staff virtually about medication features, benefits, safety profiles, and approved indications
- Maintain call productivity and metrics required by the program to influence customers and increase product sales
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
- Fully comply with all laws, regulations, and company policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- Proven track record of sales success and strong customer focus
- Excellent verbal, written, and impactful communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and meeting platforms
