Job summary

Dentsu is seeking an Associate Manager to oversee nightlife and retail consumer engagement programs in Florida and surrounding markets. You will recruit and train Educators and Influencers, manage staff pools, coordinate POS, and ensure accurate data entry across activation platforms while adhering to alcohol regulations.

The role emphasizes event quality, timely reporting, payroll and travel expense handling, and strong collaboration with the Market Manager to support in-market activities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in field / promotional marketing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Promotional experience in Wine and Spirits preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• MacOS familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage Educators and Influencers for in-market events.
• Train staff on brands, programs, engagement, and execution.
• Manage staff pools to support volume and needs.
• Coordinate POS and warehouse for local events.
• Ensure event data is entered in activation platforms and reports updated.
• Handle staff payroll and travel/expense processes.
• Understand and apply local state alcohol laws for promotions.
• Attend, monitor, and evaluate events; suggest quality improvements.
