Job summary

Dentsu is seeking an Associate Manager to oversee nightlife and retail consumer engagement programs in-market. The role emphasizes detail, controls, and compliance as you support all market activities and collaborate with marketing and promotions for wine and spirits products.

You will recruit and train staff, manage payroll and expenses, and ensure accurate event data and reporting across platforms. A strong emphasis on regulatory knowledge and execution quality is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in field / promotional marketing.
• Promotional experience in Wine and Spirits is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• MacOS proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage Educators and Influencers for in-market events.
• Train staff on brands, programs, and engagement execution.
• Manage staff pools to support volume and business needs.
• Coordinate POS and warehouse for local event activity.
• Ensure proper coordination, kitting, and utilization of POS.
• Enter, maintain, and review event data in activation platforms.
• Ensure timely event reporting in the online database.
• Oversee staff payroll and travel/Entertainment expenses.
• Understand local alcohol laws; ensure compliant promotions.
• Attend events to monitor quality and recommend improvements.
