Job summary

Dentsu Creative seeks an Associate Manager of Event Management to oversee nightly and retail consumer engagement programs in-market. You will recruit top educators and influencers, train teams, coordinate POS and logistics, and ensure accurate event data and reporting.

Role requires 3–5 years in field/promotional marketing, strong communication, and organizational skills, with wine & spirits promo experience preferred. This position may be remote with in-market coordination across the USA.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in field/promotional marketing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
• Promotional experience in Wine & Spirits is preferred.
• Ability to source suitable candidates for roles.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage Educators and Influencers for in-market events.
• Train staff on brands, programs, and engagement standards.
• Oversee staff pools to meet volume and business needs.
• Coordinate POS, warehouse tasks, and event logistics.
• Enter and review event data across activation platforms.
• Handle payroll and travel/expense processes for staff.
