Job summary

Dentsu in the USA seeks an Associate Manager to oversee nightlife and retail consumer engagement programs. You will recruit Educators and Influencers, train staff, coordinate POS, and ensure event quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3-5 years in field marketing, strong communication, and Excel proficiency. This full-time position offers remote/hub office options with a salary range of $54,000–$60,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in field / promotional marketing
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Promotional experience in Wine and Spirits is preferred.
• Able to effectively source candidates to ensure a match to the position/organization.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage Educators and Influencers for event execution in market.
• Train staff on brands, programs, consumer engagement, and execution excellence.
• Manage staff pools to support volume and business needs.
• Coordinate point-of-sale and warehouse management for local events.
• Ensure proper coordination, kitting, and utilization of POS.
• Enter, maintain, and review event data in activation platforms.
• Ensure event reporting is entered accurately and timely in the online database.
• Manage staff payroll and expense processes and Travel/Entertainment expenses.
• Understand local alcohol laws and regulations for state sampling and promotion activity.
• Attend, monitor, and evaluate events; make recommendations to improve quality.
