Qualifications

• 3-5 years in field / promotional marketing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Promotional experience in Wine and Spirits preferred; source candidates as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• MacOS proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage Educators and Influencers for in-market events.
• Train staff on brands, programs, and engagement standards.
• Manage staff pools to meet volume and business needs.
• Coordinate POS and warehouse activities for local events.
• Ensure accurate event data entry across activation platforms.
• Maintain timely event reporting in the online database.
• Oversee staff payroll and travel/expense processes.
• Apply knowledge of local alcohol laws to promotional activity.
• Attend events for quality control and improvement recommendations.
