Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, marketing operations, or related fields.
• Strong experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments while creating structure and accountability.
• Experience partnering with Product, Marketing, and Engineering organizations.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of engagement product marketing initiatives
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Engineering
• Communicate project status, timelines, risks, and next steps to stakeholders
• Identify project roadblocks and proactively drive solutions
• Support both long-term strategic initiatives and short-term ad hoc projects
• Bring organization and structure to evolving priorities and ambiguous projects
• Drive projects through completion with minimal oversight
