Job summary

Clutch is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive end-to-end onboarding for Credit Union clients, translating business objectives into executable plans and owning the lifecycle from kickoff to go-live. You will partner with Implementation Engineers and cross-functional teams, applying a consultative approach to diagnose needs and prescribe paths forward with confidence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engagement management, professional services, or implementation project management, ideally within enterprise SaaS or fintech
• A consultative background with experience diagnosing underlying business problems to prescribe pragmatic recommendations
• Strong product instincts with curiosity to develop depth on the Clutch platform and guide customers with authority
• Proven track record owning a full implementation or project lifecycle and making sequencing calls independently
• A builder's mentality, creating structure where none exists and operating with autonomy

Responsibilities

• Drive the full project management lifecycle for onboarding projects, including plans, status reporting, and risk mitigation
• Translate customer objectives into executable plans and hold work streams accountable to milestones
• Build methodologies to raise the bar for the Implementation team as Clutch grows
• Maintain credibility and influence across cross-functional teams to ensure milestones and quality
