Job summary

Chase Travel is seeking a Client Engagement Onboarding Manager to own the end-to-end onboarding journey for high-net-worth clients. You will conduct high-touch consultations, build rich client profiles, and partner with cross-functional teams to raise client satisfaction and loyalty.

You will monitor lead intake, coordinate advisor handoffs, and maintain detailed CRM records to enable personalized service while working remotely on PST business hours with EST flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of client-facing experience in client engagement, customer success, concierge, hospitality, or relationship management.
• Experience supporting luxury/high-net-worth clients with discretion and service.
• Strong operational discipline and attention to detail with multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and listening skills for needs assessment and resolution.
• CRM tools proficiency, ideally Salesforce and Client Base.
• MS Office proficiency for reporting and presentations.
• Ability to work remotely with consistent responsiveness and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work PST hours with EST onboarding flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Monitor lead intake channels and ensure timely outreach per service standards.
• Conduct onboarding calls to introduce Chase Travel services and capture preferences.
• Follow up to ensure clear next steps, outcomes, and proactive communication.
• Coordinate advisor assignment and handoff with complete client context.
• Build personal travel profiles in the CRM for personalized service.
• Translate insights into guidance for travel advisors.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements for efficiency and conversion.
• Maintain scheduling process for calls to deliver premium experience.
• Maintain accurate reporting in lead dashboard and CRM per process standards.
