Job summary

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to lead customer engagements from planning through deployment, validation, and adoption. You will own schedules, milestones, risks, and communications, and serve as the primary liaison for delivery progress across operations, IT/OT, cybersecurity, and leadership.

You will collaborate with engineers and leaders to design scalable engagement patterns and reusable practices while ensuring alignment with customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of project management, program coordination, or delivery leadership.
• Proven ability to lead schedules, risks, dependencies, and communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication with engineers, customers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements from planning through deployment, validation, adoption, and handoff.
• Own the engagement's schedule, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions and communications.
• Serve as the customer's primary contact for engagement delivery and progress.
• Coordinate work across cross-functional teams and maintain artifacts.
