Job summary

Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana seeks an Engagement Manager to grow and service FCC accounts, primarily with food banks, across a national remote footprint. You will develop account plans, respond to inquiries, and coordinate quotes and delivery with internal teams.

Responsibilities include building relationships, presenting proposals, and traveling as needed to meet client needs, while advancing FCC offerings and supporting hunger relief missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of food distribution and food banking industry.
• Sales and account management experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans to meet sales and customer growth goals.
• Engage customers to understand needs and connect them with FCC products and services.
• Respond to inquiries and provide ongoing account support to strengthen relationships.
• Research and pursue new business opportunities within the food banking network.
