Zusammenfassung

Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana seeks an Engagement Manager to grow FCC offerings by developing and maintaining customer relationships with food banks and other organizations. You will identify opportunities, coordinate quotes, and ensure a positive customer experience across the FCC product lines.

You will collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain teams, travel to client sites when needed, and represent FCC at events.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of food distribution.
• Advanced knowledge of the food banking industry desired.
• Prior sales & account management experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems and reporting.

• Develop and execute account plans to meet sales, growth, and retention goals.
• Engage customers to understand needs and connect them with FCC products and services.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide ongoing account support.
• Research and pursue new business opportunities within the food banking network.
