Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive growth of FCC products and services through strong account management and customer relationships. The role focuses on developing plans, engaging food bank networks, and collaborating across teams to deliver value.

You will identify opportunities, respond to inquiries, and coordinate quotes, orders, and outreach at conferences and events, aligning with FCC’s mission to fight hunger.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of food distribution required.
• Advanced knowledge of food banking industry desired.
• Prior sales & account management experience desired.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred with the ability to create, analyze, and present reports.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations desired.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute account plans to meet established sales, account growth, and customer retention goals.
• Engage active, inactive, and prospective customers to understand needs and connect with FCC products.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide ongoing account support to strengthen satisfaction.
• Research and pursue new business opportunities within the food banking network and with other suitable organizations.
• Collaborate with the Quote Specialist to develop accurate quotes and proposals.
• Present proposals, negotiate within guidelines, and secure customer commitments.
• Coordinate with the Quote and Supply Chain Specialists to communicate requirements and track orders.
• Visit customer locations to analyze operations and procurement needs for growth opportunities.
• Represent FCC at conferences, trade shows, and events to promote offerings.
