Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Engagement Manager - LE Diversified Industries to join a leader in the Information Technology space. You will oversee complex client implementations, ensuring projects stay within scope, budget, and timeline, while partnering with internal teams and client stakeholders to drive successful deployments.

This role requires executive-level communication, mentoring of delivery resources, and coordination across services, sales, and development functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with HCM, Payroll, or Financial implementations in medium to large enterprises.
• 3+ years implementing enterprise software or similar applications.
• 7+ years of project management experience for Senior Engagement Manager role.
• 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise software or similar applications for Senior Engagement Manager role.
• Consulting experience, either internally or with a consulting or software company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mid to large enterprise deployments per deployment methodology.
• Oversee 3-5 simultaneous projects with defined scope and budget.
• Mentor delivery resources during implementations.
• Collaborate with internal PMs to resolve issues impacting timelines.
• Present updates at Executive Steering Committee meetings.
• Liaise across services, sales, and development teams.
• Facilitate client transition from professional services to product support.
