Job summary

Veridian Tech Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead the delivery team across large, multi-workstream engagements in a 100% remote environment.

You will collaborate with services partners, manage governance, scope, risks, and financials, and drive successful delivery using the Now Create methodology and ServiceNow guidance. You will serve as the primary delivery contact, coordinate executive communications, and mentor partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive professional services experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Industry-domain expertise aligned with the supported workflow.
• Demonstrated success independently leading large, complex implementations and multi-team delivery environments.
• Advanced expertise in project implementation, scheduling, monitoring, governance, financial management, resource management, risk management, issue resolution, and change control.
• Strong executive communication, customer-facing leadership, facilitation, negotiation, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven success driving complex delivery issues through analysis and resolution; Scrum/ITIL knowledge; ITIL certifications optional; CSA required.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery governance, timelines, risks, issues, changes, resources, reporting, and financials.
• Coordinate cross-geography and cross-functional relationships to support delivery.
• Facilitate executive updates and governance forums with customers and partners.
• Host kickoff workshops, plan resources, and establish governance forums.
• Direct release and sprint planning with Business Process Consultant and Technical Consultant.
• Drive go-live and transition planning, testing, and UAT readiness.
• Lead or support the closeout workshop, lessons learned, and value realization.
