SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Energy Storage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead and coordinate multi-department planning, scheduling, budgeting, and design inputs for utility-scale solar, storage, and high-voltage substations.

This fully remote role requires strong leadership, cost control, and proactive risk management across procurement, engineering, and legal teams. You will travel ~25% and represent SOLV Energy in owner meetings while maintaining timely reporting, cost forecasting,

Qualifikationen

• Engineering or related degree or equivalent experience.
• Field experience in construction management or related roles.
• Leadership ability to coordinate remote teams.
• Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with industry tools.
• Basic knowledge of contract law and project accounting.

Aufgaben

• Maintain cost control ledger and project cost statements.
• Write project procedures and supervise engineers and clerical staff.
• Collaborate across departments to define scopes of work.
• Coordinate design constraints and procurement lead-times during LNTP.
• Research design requirements and track schedule impacts.
• Report cost forecasting and estimated cost at completion.
• Manage project risk and develop mitigation plans with the team.
• Build partnerships with Owner, Engineers, Vendors, and Subcontractors.
• Travel approximately 25% to site meetings and owner reviews.
