Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage preconstruction project activities and oversight.
• Maintain cost control ledger and cost statements.
• Prepare billings and expedite payments.
• Set up and maintain the CMiC system.
• Prepare bid packages and evaluate bids.
• Write project procedures.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and legal teams.
