Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Energy Storage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead a project across engineering, scheduling, budgeting and closeout. The role is fully remote; detailed location expectations will be discussed in the interview process.

The role involves CMiC setup, bid package preparation, risk management, and cross-functional coordination with owners, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely LNTP delivery and compliant design iterations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Energy Storage Construction Experience.
• Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership and remote team coordination
• Proficient in MS Office suite and Bluebeam Revu

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Preconstruction Project Manager function on a full-project basis.
• Maintain cost control ledger and job cost statements.
• Prepare billings and expedite payments.
• Set up and maintain all aspects of the CMiC system.
• Prepare bid packages and solicit and evaluate bids.
• Write project procedures.
• Review plans for completeness and accuracy.
• Supervise and train Preconstruction Project Engineers and clerical staff.
• Coordinate procurement activities with LNTP scope, budget and schedules.
• Collaborate with business development, engineering, accounting, construction and legal teams to define contracts.
