Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Energy Storage Construction Experience.
• Field experience 5–8 years in project roles.
• Experience in scheduling and estimating 2+ years.
• Ability to work remotely and travel up to 25%.
• Bachelor's or higher in Engineering/CM/Architecture or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead Preconstruction Project Manager responsibilities for the project.
• Maintain cost control ledger and job cost statements.
• Prepare bid packages and solicit/evaluate bids.
• Set up and maintain CMiC system.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to define scope, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate LNTP creation and procurement lead times.
• Track changes impacting schedule and budget and report to leadership.
• Represent SOLV Energy in owner meetings and supplier negotiations.
• Provide cost forecasting and estimate at completion updates.
