SOLV Energy, Inc. in the U.S. seeks an Energy Storage Assistant Project Manager to coordinate front-end development of utility-scale storage projects, from RFP through estimating, proposal submission, and handoff to Preconstruction.

This role blends project management with hands-on estimating and scheduling. Travel may be up to 25%. The position collaborates with Business Development, Estimating, Engineering and Scheduling to ensure viable opportunities and a smooth transition to

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or an equivalent combination.
• 4+ years of related EPC/construction experience; energy storage preferred.
• 1+ year estimating and scheduling experience.
• Strong knowledge of battery storage, substations, and electrical infrastructure.
• Proficiency with MS Office and industry tools (Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera).
• Reading, interpreting, and analyzing construction drawings and contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to work remotely.

Mansioni

• Oversee coordination among BD, Estimating, Engineering, Scheduling, and Preconstruction.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and track actions across the team.
• Review client RFPs, preliminary designs, geotechnical reports, and permits.
• Evaluate contracts and technical exhibits; respond to RFIs and draft RFIs.
• Coordinate with early-stage engineering for constructable design packages.
• Prepare electrical estimates, takeoffs, and BOMs with Estimating.
• Negotiate and issue subcontract bid packages; align pricing with scope.
• Develop initial project schedules and cashflow for client proposals.
• Assemble and refine bid packages; write clarifications, exclusions, and scope.
