Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Remote Outbound Specialist for Integrated Customer Services. This role focuses on outbound enrollments by contacting energy customers and guiding them to enroll in energy-saving programs.

You will work in a high-volume, commission-based environment from anywhere in the US, using a dialer and scripted processes to meet daily and monthly targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to type 35+ words per minute.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience in outbound call center or sales environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to enroll in energy-saving programs.
• Meet daily outbound sales production and monthly quality goals.
• Identify eligibility and close enrollments.
• Be an active team member in a remote environment and participate in training.
• Thrive in a commission-based environment with defined metrics.
