Job summary

ICF is hiring for Program Operations, Program Delivery and Program Outreach Interns to support planning, execution, and monitoring of energy efficiency programs within ICF’s Utility, Programs and Services division. The 10-week, full-time internship offers hands-on experience in operations and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

You will gain exposure to project management, data analysis, and client interactions while developing skills in energy‑efficient technologies and program delivery.

Qualifications

• By start date, 30 completed college credits in related fields.
• Must pass background checks, which may include drug screening.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Work Authorization required.

Responsibilities

• As Intern, coordinate and support program activities, events, tasks, and deliverables.
• Research market trends, customer segments, and energy efficiency data to inform planning.
• Evaluate market potential and opportunities with distributor, contractor, and trade networks.
• Develop outreach, sales, and value proposition strategies with cross‑functional teams.
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and program documentation.
