Job summary

Voltus is seeking a Customer Success Associate to onboard new customer sites into energy markets and get them live quickly. You manage onboarding from contract to live site, coordinating data collection, registrations, hardware installation, and testing with Sales, Field Engineering, Market Operations, and Dispatch Operations.

The goal is to get sites live in under 100 days in a remote, full-time role with competitive compensation for commercial and industrial customers across the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cross-functional onboarding processes.
• Ability to manage data collection and hardware installation tasks.
• Familiarity with energy market onboarding for commercial/industrial customers.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding from signed contract to live site, coordinating across Supply, Field Engineering, Market Operations, and Dispatch Operations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the customer throughout the onboarding journey.
• Set expectations early about what participating in the program will entail and the timeline to live site.
