Job summary

Voltus is seeking an innovative Project Engineer to join our Field Operations Team. In this remote role, you will manage multi-project assignments, lead end-to-end installation efforts including metering and hardware enablement, and engage in high-level technical discussions with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Engineering/Technical field or relevant work experience.
• 2 years with Bachelor or 6+ years relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in hardware commissioning, troubleshooting, data platform integration, and contractor management.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• PMP certification preferred; background in electrical, HVAC, or industrial controls, energy storage, energy efficiency, data analysis; ability to read/draw electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end installation execution projects including metering and product enablement.
• Provide technical support to the Sales team and assist customers with energy reduction strategies.
• Engage with Engineering to develop hardware and innovative metering solutions.
• Define and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and accelerate installation timelines.
• Ensure all materials, installations, and technologies meet rigorous industry and market standards.
