Job summary

Voltus is hiring a Customer Success Associate to bring new customer sites into the energy market and launch them to generate revenue. You will own onboarding from contract signing to a live site, coordinating across Sales, Field Engineering, Market Operations, and Dispatch Operations.

You will run onboarding end to end, keep site status visible, and work with site contacts on curtailment plans, documentation, and installation.
