The Department of Commerce seeks an Infrastructure Protection Program Manager to lead energy infrastructure protection, cybersecurity, and emergency management planning across agencies. You will coordinate with federal, state, local, tribal partners, and private sector stakeholders to strengthen energy security and resilience.

As the primary subject matter expert, you will guide strategic planning, training, and exercises, and drive implementation of the Energy Emergency Management Office plan.

Competenze

  • 9 years of combined experience and/or education in emergency management or related fields.
  • Proven ability to lead planning, coordination, and training across agencies.

  • Administers statewide energy infrastructure protection and cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Coordinate with local, state, and federal partners to share critical information.
  • Administer energy cybersecurity and critical infrastructure protection plans.
  • Conduct outreach and education on energy cybersecurity and protection.
  • Develop data handling plans for CEII and energy data.
  • Support energy sector exercises and trainings with partners.
  • Develop cross-sector dependency modeling for energy assets.
