ICF is seeking an experienced program manager with strong cybersecurity and consulting background to provide onsite advisory and technical support at the Department of Energy (DOE) in Washington, DC. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Active High Level security clearance is required.
  • 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, with at least 5 years in the energy sector.
  • Experience across energy infrastructure security, cyber operations, public-private partnerships, and ICS.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily management of a high-performing technical team.
  • Provide advisory and technical support on cyber policy for the energy sector.
  • Advance public-private partnerships to enhance security and resilience.
  • Collaborate with government clients, interagency, labs, and partners.
  • Identify issues and propose client-friendly resolutions.
  • Prepare and present briefings and reports.
  • Coordinate with DOE and other agencies to accomplish tasks.
