Job summary

ICF is seeking an experienced program manager to provide advisory and technical support onsite at the Department of Energy. The role involves interfacing with Federal agencies, industry partners, and national labs to advance cyber preparedness, policy, threat analysis, and governance efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of cybersecurity experience with at least 5 years in the energy sector and an active high-level security clearance, plus a proven track record leading high-performing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Active High Level security clearance required.
  • 10+ years of cybersecurity experience with at least 5 years in the energy sector, covering energy infrastructure security, cybersecurity, operations, public-private partnerships, and industrial control systems.

Responsibilities

  • Daily management of high-performing technical team members.
  • Provide key advisory and technical support across cyber policy and preparedness programs for the energy sector.
  • Apply industry knowledge to advance public-private partnerships for security and resilience.
  • Collaborate with federal government clients and interagency partners.
  • Identify issues and present resolutions to clients.
  • Prepare and present briefings and reports.
  • Coordinate with DOE, other agencies, and ICF teams to accomplish tasks.
