Job summary

Meta's Infrastructure team is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead the Energy Infrastructure Investments portfolio, driving end-to-end program execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination with DEC, Corporate Development, Site Selection, Legal, Finance, and external partners to deliver billions in energy infrastructure investments.

Qualifications

• Requires senior program leadership with end-to-end execution of energy infrastructure investments.
• Demonstrated governance experience and cross-functional coordination across legal, finance, engineering, and development teams.
• Experience managing relationships with independent power producers, utilities, and energy ecosystem partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management of energy infrastructure investments.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, master schedules, and milestone trackers.
• Drive stage-gate processes, decision frameworks, and escalation paths for the portfolio.
• Monitor program health: cost, schedule, risk, and interdependencies; provide insights to leadership.
• Identify and resolve cross-project dependencies and resource bottlenecks.
• Design and operate governance framework, cadence of reviews, and reporting structures.
• Run operating rhythms (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to align teams on priorities.
• Create dashboards and board-ready materials summarizing portfolio status.
