Job summary

SOC LLC is seeking an Emergency Management Program Manager to lead the development and execution of the Emergency Preparedness Management Program for DOE sites within the National Capital Region. The role includes training DOE employees and visitors and supporting the DOE Federal Agent in daily activities. The position requires security clearance and U.S.

citizenship. It is an on-site role located in the Washington DC area or Germantown, MD, with a competitive benefits package and salary range

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of emergency management at Federal facilities.
• Ability to define training requirements and develop plans, policies, and procedures.
• Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Emergency Preparedness Management Program.
• Prepare training curriculum for DOE employees, personnel and visitors.
• Establish an EM Program for DOE Headquarters facilities and define roles and responsibilities.
