Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Program Specialist to support the income-qualified energy efficiency program, handling administration, data entry, and document management from intake to completion.

You will work with the program team, contractors, and community partners, with remote work in Oregon and up to 10% travel to Portland for quarterly gatherings. Experience in nonprofit or related fields and bilingual Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in nonprofit, residential contracting, community organizing, environmental advocacy, or similar fields.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Experience with customer service or program navigation (application, enrollment, or intake support).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint); Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• General administration: data entry, meeting prep, and file organization.
• Document management: maintain records, reports, and guides in SharePoint and other systems.
• Data cleanup: review records, correct errors, remove duplicates, standardize naming/filing.
• Systems support: test new features, assist with data QC, create training guides.
• Continuous improvement: research incentives and program requirements, summarize findings.
• Coordinate with contractors, community partners, and internal teams to keep projects moving.
• Call center coordination: handle inquiries and route appropriately.
• Travel: up to 10% for quarterly team gatherings in Portland.
