AlphaGov is seeking an energy analyst to design evaluations for energy efficiency and electrification programs. You will estimate savings, review data, and support regulators with clear findings from billing analyses and regression models.

This remote-first contract role offers project-based work with occasional client travel and opportunities to contribute to proposals that showcase your expertise. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in EM&V or energy data analysis.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in energy efficiency program evaluation (EM&V) or energy data analysis.
• Billing analysis and statistical skills using R, Python, SAS, or Stata.
• Experience writing evaluation reports for regulators or utilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design impact and process evaluations for energy efficiency programs.
• Estimate gross and net savings using billing data and regression models.
• Review TRM assumptions and program tracking data.
• Plan participant and contractor surveys and interviews.
• Assess cost-effectiveness and program design improvements.
• Write evaluation reports and present results to regulators.
