Qualifications

• Experience building TCO, lifecycle cost, or capital/operating cost models.
• Knowledge of EV energy costs, demand charges, incentives, and residual values.
• Strong Excel or comparable modeling skills with clear method explanations.
• Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant, remote-first with client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Build TCO and lifecycle cost models for light-, medium-, and heavy-duty electrification.
• Compare vehicle, charger, energy upgrade, maintenance, and residual-value scenarios.
• Incorporate utility rates, demand charges, incentives, and tax credits into analyses.
• Translate model results into tables, charts, and briefs for finance and operations leaders.
• Stress-test assumptions and document sensitivity ranges.
• Support proposal cost narratives and study appendices when naming is authorized.
• Contribute qualifications/past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when naming is authorized.
